Customers can currently use AI Studio to generate product packshots with different colour backgrounds. We would like to add the ability to generate packshot outputs with transparent PNG backgrounds, so product images can be used more easily across catalogues, ecommerce pages, configurators, presentations, and marketing layouts. Ideally this would support two output options: Full product cut-outProduct cut-out with shadow preservation This would reduce manual Photoshop work and make AI Studio outputs more useful for production-ready product imagery.

When adding or duplicating products inside a modular configuration, Mimeeq should help users understand which placement positions are actually valid before they add the item. For example, if a cabinet, shelf, or other modular product would collide with something already in the scene, the configurator could hide that placement position, disable it, or show it as unavailable. Possible behaviours: Check candidate add positions against existing products in the scene. Prevent users from placing items where they would collide. Show a ghosted preview of the item when hovering over a placement position. Visually indicate when a placement position is invalid. Recalculate valid positions as the modular layout changes. Why this matters: This would make modular configuration clearer and faster by preventing impossible placements before the user commits the action. It would also make the add/duplicate flow feel more guided, especially in dense cabinet, shelving, or furniture layouts.

Description Customers managing many products often repeat the same setup steps across variants, configurations, renders, and product data. Today, much of this work still requires manual navigation through the Mimeeq dashboard, even when the task follows a repeatable pattern. It would be useful to have an AI-friendly toolkit or integration layer that allows technical users to automate common Mimeeq workflows from tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, scripts, or internal systems. Example use cases could include: creating or updating product and variant settings in bulkpulling product/configuration data into internal reportsautomating repetitive setup steps across similar productsconnecting Mimeeq data with ecommerce, ERP, PIM, or internal toolsspeeding up workflows where users currently need many manual clicksmaking Mimeeq easier to operate for technical teams without needing to know every detail of the platform UI The value would be in giving approved technical users a safer, structured way to control repeatable platform tasks and connect Mimeeq into their wider automation workflows.

Improve Billboard Mode so 3D labels, dimensions, hotspots, and callouts remain readable when a product is rotated. Currently, billboard objects can be set to face the camera, but they may still become hidden behind parts of the product or appear inside the model depending on the viewing angle. This feature would add optional occlusion handling for billboard objects, allowing labels to remain visible while still being linked to their real position on the product. Possible options could include: Standard Billboard Mode — current behaviour. Always on Top — useful for icons, hotspots, and UI markers. Camera Safe — moves the visible label slightly forward when product geometry would block it, while optionally showing a leader line back to the original anchor point. This would be especially useful for dimensions, annotations, hotspots, feature labels, and guided product configuration experiences. Ability to type custom text and freely move, rotate, and scale it across the printable area for personalised engraved products. You should be able to pick font type, size, style etc. as in current engraving widget settings.

We would like to be able to export data about the quotation to Excel or CSV, such as List of quotes, the status, value, created date etcDetils for each quote like list of products etc

This allows easier rule creating while being able to see the selected 2d layer images at first glance without the need to go to the media library.

Currently, when a customer wants to modify a configured product that's already in their cart, they need to add it to cart again as a separate line item. This creates duplicate entries and a confusing cart experience. We would like the ability for customers to edit/update their configured product directly from the cart page, overriding the existing cart item rather than creating a new line item. This would provide a cleaner, more intuitive cart management experience for customers making changes to their custom configurations.

Currently, the share button is only available on the finish/summary screen and is hidden when the "Add to Cart" button is located on the main screen. We would like the option to have the share button visible on the main configurator screen alongside the "Add to Cart" button, giving users the ability to share their design at any point during the configuration process, not just at the end. This would improve the user experience for customers who want to share their work-in-progress designs for feedback or collaboration before finalizing their purchase.

We would like to see favourites being used with the Mimeeq login system. Currently, the favourites feature is only available for logged-in customers. We're considering expanding this to work in two ways: For public/non-logged-in users using browser storage memoryCreating a user in Mimeeq based on the Shopify user For both approaches, customers would need a way to access those saved designs, which involves rethinking the UI to provide easy access to saved configurations.

We would like for prices to be taken directly from shopify instead of the Mimeeq app; this allows us not to have to update the Mimeeq backend with each change in shopify or we would like the Mimeeq app to update every time there is a change in the pricing in Shopify.

As a product administrator, I want to be able to temporarily deactivate parameters (similar to how option sets can be made inactive) so that I can maintain cleaner parameter lists without permanently deleting options that may be needed again in the future or creating the rules for all products intependently

It would be great if there is a widget that allows the customer only to upload the file. The file could be downloaded later on using the configuration shortcode as it happens in terms of POD feature, but the widget itself would not have the graphic controls.

It would be great if we could add the feature that constrains the text you can add to the engraving widget. For example, if I am allowed to engrave on the Nike shoe, I should be prevented from typing "Adidas" in the engraving field.

The Omnibus pricing Directive requires us to have certain features in our pricing system. One of the key requirements is the ability to have price lists that are valid for a certain period of time, which would allow for temporary sales pricing. Additionally, we need to be able to display the current price as well as the regular price and the lowest price in the previous period on the product configurator. Finally, we need to add a setting in the system's settings to turn this feature on and off. By implementing these features, we will be compliant with the Omnibus pricing Directive and able to offer more versatile pricing options for our customers.

Hello, I would like to ask about the Search in Business Panel. Now, it seems like like the engine searches only in titles. For example, in In the "Quotations" section, the search looks for the phrase only in the quotation names field. Our question is if we can make it more sensitive and use it with a broader scope For example, if we have a project for a hotel in Greece, but the client is from France, we can't find the quotation by the hotel's name, the phrase "Greece", etc.

It would be great if we had the option to prevent finishing the configuration when no checkbox from the multichoice widget is selected. Example: I have an armrest option: required and not required. When required, it shows the armrest position: left, middle, right. If I don't select any of them, the armrest on the product breakdown will be marked as required, even if there was no armrest selected (position makes it visible).

In the modular burger menu, we have two features that I believe should not be next to each other due to the high risk of confusion that the misclick can cause. The first one is "copy link", and the second one is "clear scene", they are currently next to each other and can be easily misclicked. If the user wants to just copy the link and accidentally clicks on "clear scene", everything is wiped out. When you clear the scene, you can't go back to the previous design unless you exit the configurator and resume the last session. But you need to be aware of this and nothing informs you about it. if you are not, then it is creating a situation when you think all your work is lost accidentally. Another option is to allow you to go back to the previous state when you clean the scene.

I would like to trigger the collapsible option group opening by the mesh group highlight, but I am not able to select the components as the meshes. it would be amazing if that is possible.

Implement a confirmation popup that appears after successful password reset, providing clear feedback to users before closing the password reset window.

Allow customers to have a custom Email Domain for notifications for emails for invitations

It would be great if there is the ability to be able to add other items to the modular scene and not just the ones connected with the modular product itself. For example if you have a sofa set it would be great to be able to add a coffee table and this item can be freely dragged into position.

Embed templates allow you to have many different embed templates to control the embed logic for your various sites. We already added the ability to add custom CSS to the embed templates so that you can apply styling changes with the Mimeeq admin panel. Currently, filters only support color swatches as visual previews. Would be useful to add the ability to upload custom images (thumbnails/icons) that appear next to filter names, making it easier for users to identify and select filters visually. Examples: Material filters could show actual texture previews for "Oak", "Walnut", and "Pine" instead of just text labels. Feature-based filters like "Eco-friendly" could display a green leaf icon.

When a PDF is generated, the webhook should include a direct URL link to access the PDF file, allowing customers to programmatically retrieve the generated PDF through their integration systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier).

There is no option to load saved modular configuration without page refresh. In case of more advanced customizations page reload is causing number of issues. Adding such feature would save multiple hours of development time.

Currently, when setting both RRP and Sale prices in Mimeeq, the price difference isn't immediately visible to users. The discounted price is only shown after toggling the price selector for logged-in users with discounted price lists, while public users only see the final lower price with no reference to the original RRP. Suggested Improvement: Please enhance the price display to show both prices simultaneously, with the RRP price crossed out and the Sale price highlighted.

It would be great to see how many times each configurator was used / what configurations are most popular etc.

Entering large amounts of data manually into custom fields is time-consuming when setting up products that contain extensive manufacturing information. If the system supported CSV upload, the process would be smoother, as it would only require preparing a coherent set of data in a sheet and uploading it.

You should be able to import filter options via excel or bulk apply to fabric families. The level of flexibility in creating fabrics and filters is very poor and unnecessarily long winded.

Speeds up the process especially when adding things like new 3D materials.

The idea here is that instead of the add to cart it is renamed to add to quote Then in such a case, it will add to the Evo-X quote System instead of adding to the basket it will add to the quote request tool.
